• Delivery address and a map pin only when you choose delivery and provide them.
• Product registration and repair details, purchase references, photos or photo links, and your notes.
• Your Stone Guide messages and a temporary session identifier used to keep the conversation working.

How we use it

We use this information to answer questions, recommend suitable TÁWID pieces, prepare and confirm orders, register products, assess repairs, arrange pickup or delivery, prevent misuse, and provide customer support. A TÁWID team member confirms availability, fit, final price, delivery or pickup, and payment instructions before payment.

Who may handle it

Information is handled by authorized TÁWID staff and by service providers needed to operate the website, Stone Guide, forms, email, hosting, and order or repair workflow. We do not ask you to share passwords, one-time PINs, bank credentials, or payment-card details in the Stone Guide or these forms.

How long we keep it

We keep customer information only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, order, registration, repair, customer service, recordkeeping, and applicable legal or administrative needs. When it is no longer needed, it should be securely deleted or anonymized.
